Your organization's administrator may request to visually verify the proof of vaccination you uploaded into your Proxy app either via adding your vaccination certificate or scanning your vaccination QR code.
If they have requested such visual verification, you will receive an email with their request specifying your next steps.
Also, you will see a pop-up in your Proxy app giving you 2 options:
- "Accept" the request, or
- "Not now" if you choose not to accept their request just yet.
If you have selected "Not now", you can later find the request within your Health Pass and accept it there.
Check-in Kiosk
If you have received such a request from your organization's administrator and have not accepted it yet, you will not be able to check-in. The kiosk screen will display the below until you accept the visual verification request and your shared proof of vaccination has passed the administrator's visual verification. From the date when you accept the request, the administrator will have 7 days to view your document.
