Proxy Health enables you to generate reports on your daily check-ins and for all incidents reported (positive test results and exposure to symptoms reported). These reports are available as CSV downloads from the Proxy Dashboard.

• Login to dashboard.proxy.com
• Click the red Manage button on your Proxy Health dashboard.

To download a Daily Check-in report:

• Your daily check-ins are visible on the main dashboard, or by clicking Health Activity from the left menu. 
• Scroll down to the Check-in list and click the download icon at the right.

To download an Incidents report:

• Click Incidents on the left menu.
• Click the "Download CSV" button at the right.

To download an a list of users:

• Click People on the left menu.
• Click the "Download CSV" button at the right.
