If you plan to assist the customer with registering devices, naming doors or setting up Wi-Fi on the device, you will need to become an admin of that org and device. The dashboard owner or admin will need to provide you this access. To become an admin, please ask your customer to add you to their organization and assign you the appropriate groups and permissions in the Proxy Dashboard.
