To deactivate a Proxy Reader, you will need to use the Proxy Device Manager app.

iOS PDM

1. Sign into the PDM app with your Proxy Admin email account that you use for the Proxy Dashboard.

2. When near the reader, click on it as it displays in the Devices Nearby screen.

3. In the ORGANIZATION section, click the Unregister button to remove the Proxy reader from your organization and deactivate it.

Android PDM

1. Sign into the PDM app with your Proxy Admin email account that you use for the Proxy Dashboard.

2. Find the Proxy reader that you want to deactivate. You can do this by selecting the card of the Org that the reader belongs to.

3. Select the reader you want to deactivate.

4. Select "Reader Settings".

5. In the DEACTIVATE DEVICE section select "Remove Device".

6. Confirm your action when the prompt appears by clicking "Remove Reader"
