In order to be eligible for applying firmware updates via the Proxy ID app, you must be an admin of the org as well as an admin of each Access Point (door) that you wish to update. For more information on adding admins, please reference the User Manual for the Mobile Access Manager.
- Select the Card of the Org to update - you will see an orange ‘Update’ symbol on the card indicating that an update is available.
- Select the door to update - you must update each door individually.
- Select "Update Firmware".
- Select the update type - in order to update via WiFi, which is the faster method, you must first configure the WiFi credentials. If you choose to update via Bluetooth, make sure that the phone is close to the Reader during the update process.
