Path #1: Adding a Global Admin
1. Log into your Proxy Dashboard and click on your Org name in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click "Company Settings" at the bottom of the left menu and select "Admins."
3. Click the “Add global admin” button and select the appropriate user who was previously added to this Org. If the user does not exist, go back to the "All People" menu in the Dashboard and add the user first.
Path #2: Adding a Global Admin
1. Log into your Proxy Dashboard and click on "All People" menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the "Groups" tab.
3. Click on the "Global" group below.
4. Click on the red "Add people" button on the top right of the screen to add new people to the Global Group. The user must have been previously added to this Org. If the user does not exist, go back to the "All People" menu in the Dashboard and add the user first.
Path #1: Adding a Site Admin from Site Level
1. Log into your Proxy Dashboard and click "Manage" in the Proxy Access window.
2. Click on the Org to which you want to add a new Site Admin from the drop down list at the top left.
3. Click "Site Settings" at the bottom of the left menu and select "Admins."
4. Click the “Add site admin” button and select the appropriate user who was previously added to this Org. If the user does not exist, go back to the "All People" menu in the Dashboard and add the user first.
Path #2: Adding a Site Admin from Global Level
1. Log into your Proxy Dashboard and click on the "All Sites" menu on the left side of the screen.
2. Click on the Org to which you want to add a new Site Admin.
3. Click the “Add site admin” button and select the appropriate user who was previously added to this Org. If the user does not exist, go back to the "All People" menu in the Dashboard and add the user first.
