How to Reboot a Proxy Reader

1. Open the Proxy Device Manager app.
2. Find the reader that needs to be rebooted. You can do this by selecting the card of the Org that the reader belongs to.
3. Select the reader you want to reboot.
4. Select "Reader Settings".
5. Under ‘Reader Configuration', select "Reboot Reader".
6. Tap "OK" on the prompt.

How to Factory Reset a Proxy Reader

1. Open the Proxy Device Manager app.
2. Find the Reader that you want to factory reset. You can do this by selecting the card of the Org that the reader belongs to.
3. Select the reader you want to factory reset.
4. Select "Reader Settings".
5. Under ‘Factory Settings', select "Reset to Factory Software" and select "Reset to Factory Firmware".
6. Tap "OK" on the prompt.
