|Bluetooth Disabled||Bluetooth is currently disabled on your mobile device.||Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.|
|Connectivity Issues||You have access to the Proxy ID app, Bluetooth is On, Location Service is On, and you are within range but can't connect to the device.||
Toggle Airplane Mode from device's Settings app and restart the Proxy ID app.

|Unlock failed||You tried to manually unlock, but it did not work.||
Contact Proxy Support at email@example.com.
|Restricted||You do not have access to the current door, based on permissions set by administrators.||Contact your administrator to find out your access permissions.|
|Location Services||Bluetooth is On, but Location services are currently disabled||Turn on location services on your phone.|
|Your device does not support Passive Mode
||You have an older phone that does not support all Proxy’s capabilities.||You can open doors using the Unlock button in the Proxy app, but you can not auto-unlock.|
|Out of Range||You are not within the distance range of the reader.||You need to be within the Proxy reader proximity. Every reader settings are different.|
