Connectivity Issues | You have access to the Proxy ID app, Bluetooth is On, Location Service is On, and you are within range but can't connect to the device. |
Toggle Airplane Mode from device's Settings app and restart the Proxy ID app. If this still fails, please contact Proxy Support at support@proxy.com. |
Unlock failed | You tried to manually unlock, but it did not work. |

Restricted | You do not have access to the current door, based on permissions set by administrators. | Contact your administrator to find out your access permissions. |
Location Services | Bluetooth is On, but Location services are currently disabled | Turn on location services on your phone. |
Your device does not support Passive Mode |
You have an older phone that does not support all Proxy’s capabilities. | You can open doors using the Unlock button in the Proxy app, but you can not auto-unlock. |
Out of Range | You are not within the distance range of the reader. | You need to be within the Proxy reader proximity. Every reader settings are different. |
