Managing your profile in the Proxy App

How To: Change Your Name

iOS:

1. Open the Proxy ID app.
2. If it is not yet on, activate your Proxy signal.
3. Tap on your profile icon in the top left corner of the app.
4. At the top of the screen, tap on your name.
5. Under "Full Name" edit your details.
6. Tap “Save Edits”.

Android:

1. Open the Proxy ID app.
2. If it is not yet on, activate your Proxy signal.
3. Tap your profile icon in the top left corner of the app.
4. Under Settings, tap on "Proxy Profile."
5. Tap on "Full name."
6. Edit your details.
7. Tape "Save Edits."

Note: This feature may be restricted by your company’s Proxy administrator. Please check with your company’s Proxy administrator for more information.

How To: Update Your Photo

iOS:

1. Open the Proxy app.
2. If it is not yet on, activate your Proxy signal.
3. Click your profile icon in the top left corner of the app.
4. Click on your photo in the top right corner of the screen.
5. Select "Take a photo" or "Select from Library."

Android:

1. Open the Proxy ID app.
2. If it is not yet on, activate your Proxy signal.
3. Click your profile icon in the top left corner of the app.
4. Under Settings, click on "Proxy Profile."
5. Click "Update Profile Image."
6. Select "Choose from Library" or "Take a phone" to add a different photo.
