1. In the Health Dashboard, select the Kiosks menu located at the bottom of the list on the left side of the screen.
2. From the displayed list of kiosks, click on the one you wish to remove.
3. Once the selected kiosk page opens up, click on the 3 dots icon in the top right.
4. From the list that will unfold, select Remove kiosk.
5. You will be presented with a prompt to confirm your choice. Click the Remove kiosk button to complete the process.
