This Getting Started guide will walk you through the steps you need to get up and running with Proxy Health. In order to begin, you must have purchased Proxy Health and have an iPad at hand.
Accessing Proxy Health
When in the global level of the Proxy Dashboard, select Proxy Health by clicking either on the option in the side menu or on the card in the center of the screen.
Global Admins vs. Site Admins
Within the Proxy Dashboard there are 2 types of admins:
- Global Admins - these can view and manage both Proxy Access and Proxy Health environments.
- Site Admins - these can only view and manage physical access related to their allocated site within Proxy Access. Their permissions do not include access to Proxy Health.
When setting up your Proxy environment, we recommend ensuring that Global Admins are people who are allowed to view the health details provided by employees and visitors. Existing Global Admins that should not have access to health data and whose role includes reviewing only access data, should be demoted to Site Admins for their respective access site. Learn more about how to add admins here.
Inside the Proxy Health Dashboard
Once you are in the Health Dashboard, familiarize yourself with the side bar menu on the left side of the screen. It's through this menu that you monitor Proxy Health at your location, respond to health incidents, manage people and manage check-in kiosks.
The Health Activity Menu
This is where you monitor the site health, including the percentage of vaccinated people or risk of a potential outbreak. This is also where you find a log of everyone who checked in via one of your kiosks.
The Incidents Menu
This is where you view and respond to any Proxy Health related incidents. An incident gets created when one of your employees reports a positive Covid-19 test, reports exposure to another person that might have Covid-19, or reports any symptoms.
The People Menu
This is where you add new users to Proxy Health so they share their Health Pass with you. Here you can also remove existing users from the Health site.
The Kiosks Menu
This is where you manage iPad Check-in Kiosk.
- Setting up check-in kiosks in the Health Dashboard
- Editing a check-in kiosk name in the Health Dashboard
- Removing a check-in kiosk in the Health Dashboard
