Checking in by Phone Tap-in
1. First, make sure you have installed the Proxy app on your phone. You can download the iOS app here and the Android app here.
2. Activate your Health Pass by adding the information required by the organization at which you will be checking-in. If needed, please see our step-by-step Health Pass activation guide here.
3. When you approach the Proxy Check-in Kiosk, tap your phone to the bottom of the kiosk screen to be welcomed and checked-in. If any information required for check-in is missing, the kiosk screen will inform you which piece is missing in your Health Pass.
4. The Check-in Kiosk screen will confirm your successful check-in.
Checking-in by QR Code
If your phone does not support Kiosk Check-in via Bluetooth, you may see the grey screen below. You can still check in by generating a QR code in your Proxy app. Please follow the below steps to get checked-in.
1. Click the "Scan QR Code" button located at the bottom. This will enable the kiosk QR scanning function and activate its camera.
2. In your Proxy app, click on the QR Code icon located at the bottom right corner of your Health Pass card. This will generate a temporary QR code on your phone screen.
3. Scan your QR code by facing your phone screen towards the iPad kiosk front camera.
4. When you approach the Proxy Check-in Kiosk, tap your phone to the bottom of the kiosk screen to be welcomed and checked-in. If any information required for check-in is missing, the kiosk screen will inform you which piece is missing in your Health Pass.
5. When you scan your QR code and once your complete check-in information is transmitted, you'll see it confirmed on the kiosk screen.
